You are only permitted to bring a dog if you have booked the Annexe room in Parkside. You are not permitted to bring pets to any other room in Parkside.

Guests can smoke outside in the designated smoking shelter, located in the gravel car park. Smoking is not allowed inside the building.

Yes, Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the building.

Yes, one parking space per booking is reserved within the price.

Yes, we have a secure bike storage area that guests are able to use, subject to availability.

Yes, we have a secure luggage storage area that guests are able to use.

A hospitality tray, including complimentary tea and coffee is provided in each room.

Poole Bus Station is just a two minute walk away.

Bournemouth International Airport is 11 miles away, a 25 minute drive.

Poole Ferry Terminal is 1.9 miles away, about a 5 minute drive.

Poole Train Station is only 0.5 miles away, a 9 minute walk.

Travelling west on the M27, the road becomes the A31 bypassing Ringwood, Ferndown and Wimborne Minster. Remain on the bypass until reaching the roundabout junction signposted the A349 Poole town centre and ferry port.

Follow the A349 and ferry signs until reaching the roundabout signposted the A350 Poole town centre. Turn left here onto the A350 (Holes Bay Road). Follow the dual carriageway which skirts the bay. At the next roundabout at the end of Holes Bay Rd turn left onto the flyover and move to the right-hand lane. At the next roundabout take the last exit, and at the following roundabout take the second exit. Parkside will be on your left.

Shore Road is 3 miles away, which is a 10 minute drive, with Sandbanks beach being a further 0.5 miles further along.

There is also a smaller quieter beach in Hamworthy called Lake Pier which is also 3 miles away.

The Lighthouse, Poole Centre for the Arts, is a one minute walk away.
