Terms and conditions

Bookings must be secured with a valid payment method which includes Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, Maestro, JCB and Discover.

Full payment is required either at the time of booking or by the specified date prior to arrival. All dates will be shown during the booking process on Booking.com. Prepayment policies vary according to accommodation type, please check the exact payment policy at the time of booking.

Cancellation policies vary according to accommodation type. Please check what conditions apply to each option when making your selection on Booking.com. Cancellations may be subject to a fee or loss of payment if made outside the specified cancellation window. Guests will be informed of the exact cancellation policy at the time of booking.

Check-in is available from 14:00 and check-out must be completed by 11:00. Late check-outs may be arranged in advance and subject to availability, and are charged at £10 per hour. Unarranged late check-outs may incur additional charges.

All bookings must be made by an adult aged 18 or above. The minimum age for check-in is 18, anyone younger will not be allowed to check in.

Children older than 8 years old are welcome and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Unfortunately children under 8 are not permitted to stay. There is no capacity for cots at this property.

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the property.

Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 - 06:00 to ensure all guests can enjoy a restful stay.

Only registered guests are permitted to enter the property.

Pets are not allowed unless specifically agreed upon before arrival. If agreed they are limited to the annexe only and must not enter any other rooms or parts of the property.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, its furnishings, or communal areas during their stay. We kindly ask all guests to treat the house and its contents with care. A fee may be charged for lost keys, excessive cleaning, or repairs required due to negligence.

Parties are not permitted at Poole Park House. We also cannot accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests that disturb others by attempting to host such gatherings will be removed and no refund will be offered.

Poole Park House does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage of personal belongings, vehicles or other items.

For everyone’s safety, guests must comply with all posted health and safety guidance. Tampering with fire safety equipment such as alarms or extinguishers is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of the stay.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in cancellation of your stay without refund and the possibility of further charges for damages or rule violations. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if these conditions are breached.
